A Bird's Hum

My thoughts about you...
I was loving to hymn
On this special day
Of Yours...

Why did you take away my time?
Why did you keep me busy?
Why did you engage me with work?

Why didn't you give this bird
A chance to sing
About the Sky
It dreams to fly...

Yet, the caged bird
Took a moment
Just to hum...

Happy Birthday Ramana!

May your Grace be upon us
Today & Forever!

@ WarmSunshine

Thanx Mehreen, happy you liked it. :)

Ramana Maharishi is a SELF Realized Master, an ocean of love and compassion, and a beloved guru of many spiritual aspirants like me :)

Enlightened at the age of 16, he lived a simple life and was always absorbed in the Self.

He was beyond caste and religions and directed people, who came from around the world, to look inward rather than seeking outside themselves for Realization.

He said "The true Bhagavan resides in your Heart as your true Self. This is who I truly am"

A nice way of wishing the Maharishi on his birthday. I have started following your blog when I saw you have used a peacock-feather, signifying Krishna, as your profile picture. Incidentally, I had used the same picture for a post I had put up in my blog last year. May Vaasudev Krishna's blessings be upon you.

@ Ayesha Parveen

My heartfelt welcome for you :)

I'm really touched. You're the first person to follow my blog seeing the profile picture and perfectly knowing its meaning. It gives me more joy than following for my posts. Many thanks for your blessings and comment. I'm glad you liked this post.

who am i?

i am this body? it is made up of blood, meat, bones etc.

I am this name? - that is given to identify this body.

I am this mind? - mind is bundle of thoughts which gathered by Senses(Panchendriyas). I am not the thoughts.

When sleeping this world dissappearing. No relations,No frnds,No desires,Buildings,Sex,Money etc. So,These all are not truth. All are false.

So, I am not the body, mind, ego, thoughts,Senses etc.
whom am i? answer is -> I am nothing.I am everything...I am a soul....I am present in everyone. Everyone present in me....I am spreaded to universe.I am the part of Universe....

Unfortunately mind falling in ignorance.Falling in the ego - this body is me.

we all are same but Subconcious(samskara's) are different.Bcoz of subconcious we are doing Karma. This is the result for Birth.

To come out of this birth cycle we need Guru's grace,Sadhana, Surrender to Gugu,Paramatma ie,Sriram
